Jennifer Morrison nasce a Chicago il 19 Agosto 1979. Alla sola età di 15 anni inizia la sua carriera di attrice in "Interseption" affiancata da ben due eccellenti attori: Richard Gere e Sharon Stone.
Nello stesso la sua carriera sarà in continua ascesa poichè verrà segnalata come migliore attrice emergente partecipando a "Touched By An Angel" e "Miracle on 34th Street".
Il suo primo anno di lavoro fu quindi molto intenso ma ciò le assicurò un curriculm da invidiare. Il grande successo che ha ottenuto con il telefilm "Dr. House" è stata la sua vera e propria catapulta verso obbiettivi ancora più alti come "Mr&Mrs Smith" con Brad Pitt e Angelina Jolie.
