Il ruolo della protagonista, come in molti già sapete, è interpretato dall’attrice americana Kristen Bell. Kristen nasce a Detroit il 18 Luglio 1980.
Comincia la sua carriera all’età di undici anni ottenendo il doppio ruolo della banana e dell’albero in una produzione del Suburban Detroit Theather dal titolo Raggedy Ann e Andy. Ha ruolo nei film più famosi come “Il mago di Oz” ed appare anche in “Fiddler on the Roof “, “Lady Be good”, “Li’l Abner”. Nel 1998 si diploma ed appare anche in “amori e segreti”. Nello stesso anno viene eletta “ragazza più bella dell’anno”. Nel frattempo continua gli studi e nel 2001 si laurea nella prestigiosa New York University. La sua carriera diventa molto più importante quando ottiene il ruolo della protagonista nella serie TV Veronica Mars.  Kristen è vegetariana e vince assieme a Prince il titolo di “vegetariana più sexy del 2006”, ha recentemente comprato una casa a Los Angeles che condivide con il fidanzato Kevin Mann.
Kristen è alta 1.55,  il suo secondo nome è Annie e da piccola veniva chiamata con questo, Kristen ha vissuto il tragico dolore di perdere una persona cara( la sua migliore amica) in un incidente d’auto a 18 anni ed è un’ottima cantante.
