Nicolette Sheridan nasce il 21 Novembre del 1963 a Worthing, Sussex, England. Trascorre tutta la sua infanzia e vita tra le città di Los Angeles e Londra. Ottiene il successo e nototrietà grazie alla serie televisiva "Knots Landing" dove interpretava la bella Paige Matheson. La Sheridan è ritornata a recitare grazie al telefilm della ABC "Desperate Housewives" nei panni di Edie Britt, una donna pluridivorziata sempre in cerca di nuove conquiste. Nicolette è anche famosa per le molte apparizioni nel piccolo schermo come in “Lucky/Chances”, “The People Next Door”, “Indictment: The McMartin Trial”, “The Spiral Staircase” e “Dead Husbands". A partire dal 2006 incomincia la sua relazione con il celebre cantante Michael Bolton.
