Alexander Gould nasce il 4 maggio 1994 a Los Angeles, in California. Già alla tenera età di quattro anni, Alexander debutta a fianco di Nicholas Cage in "City of Angels", un ruolo piccolo ma che vale la pena di essere ricordato. Dopo alcune apparizioni in "Malcolm" e "Ally Mc Beal", Alexander continua a fare strada.
Nel 2003 diventa una star doppiando Nemo nell'omonimo cartone disneyano. Poi doppia Bambi in "Bambi 2".
Nel 2005 interpreta le vesti si Shane Botwin, figlio di Nancy in "Weeds". Sul set ha stretto un ottimo rapporto di amicizia col collega Justin Kirk.
E' un appassionato di biologia marina. Nel tempo libero gli piace giocare ai videogiochi, nuotare e andare a cavallo.
Anche le sue due sorelle sono attrici.
